Martin Holmgren

Martin has many years of experience in leading and developing wood supply operations. Martin has been the CEO of Stora Enso Skog, Chairman of the Board for Sydved and Skogforsk, as well as a board member of Biometria. Change management and developing organizational capability are his areas of expertise, and as a consultant, he has led transformation journeys in companies to develop wood supply. Martin is the author of the book 'Building the Road to Success'.

Mattias Eriksson

Mattias has a PhD in Forestry and many years of experience in practical forestry, work in Biometria and as a consultant in project management for IT system development. Mattias has key expertise for successful system development and system adaptation through in-depth knowledge of requirements based on the needs, which is a success factor. Mattias has led several successful IT projects from requirements to implementation.

Technical Team

In Sweden, we have senior system architects and programmers with extensive experience. Senior project managers and resources for requirements specification are also available in Sweden. We have an Off-shore team in Ahmedabad, India for design and programming. Our technical team has extensive experience in system development for B2B customers and has efficient working methods that ensure a good delivery of IT system solutions.
